What is your return policy?
We’re so bummed it didn't work out...here's the breakdown:
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, odorless, with all original tags attached.
Returns older than 10 days will be rejected and you will be contacted to have the item(s) shipped back at your expense.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Off Beat Chic reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy guidelines.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note preorder items are made to order and cannot be canceled. Exchanges and store credits are offered within 30 days of when your preorder item ships.

We’re sorry your item didn’t work out but here's how easy it is to return! Please fill out your return form that was included in your package then choose one of our 2 easy options!
A USPS return label will be included with the shipment that you can use, you will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) with a $7 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you when you choose to use the USPS label.
Once we received your return, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.
If returns do not meet the requirements above, we will contact you and the items will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, misuse, or damage by the customer.
When you interact with us, we automatically receive and store certain types of information, such as the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, the products you purchase, or your location information associated with your IP address. We use the information we collect to serve you more relevant advertisements (referred to as “Retargeting”).This is statistical information used to monitor the usage of our website and for advertising purposes. This information does not include personal information.
We implement a secure processing server on our site when collecting information to ensure a high level of security for your personal information entered such as bank details and credit card information.
What Sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes ranging from extra small to 4XL in women clothing. Shoes can range from size 4 to 12 in women sizes
Do you carry mens clothing?
At present, we do not cater to men's clothing on our site. Only for personal styling and services. However, there are items in our boutique that have been labeled as unisex. Feel free to browse, we think you will like what you find!
When do you get new arrivals?
Great question! typically, we add new merchandise monthly. However, if we have a great find we want to share, we test our new arrivals on social media before we add it to our boutique. People who follow us get an exclusive first look along with our subscribers. Subscribe and follow us for all the perks!
